Let me start by thanking each and every member for their cooperation when Jack has the "CART PATH ONLY" and "COURSE CLOSED" signs posted on the course.
Usually if the course close signs are out this is due to extreme weather conditions. Call or come by the Pro Shop to find out when the course will be open for play. Please refrain from going to the maintenance department as Jack will notify the Pro Shop as soon as the course is open.
The reason for the course being closed for play when the temperature is cold is because the ground is frozen and if people continue to play this will kill the grass (tee boxes, greens and fairways).
This also goes for the members who leave from their homes and go straight out on the course without first checking with the Pro Shop. Please do not do this as the course may be closed for a reason.
